Research Associates and Hindi Officer Post for a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1986 and not later than 01.08.1995(both dates inclusive), Law Officer Post for a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1986 and not later than 01.08.1995(both dates inclusive),Analyst-Programmer (LINUX) post for a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1984 and not later than 01.08.1995 (both dates inclusive).
Educational Qualification:
Research Associate post for Graduation in Psychology / Education or Management with specialization in HR with minimum 55% marks from recognized universities / Institutes.
Hindi Officer Post for Master’s degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject at Graduation. or Master’s degree from a recognized university in English with Hindi as compulsory or elective subject at Graduation. or Master’s degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject and English as medium of examination at degree level. OR Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subjects other than Hindi or English with English as a compulsory or elective subject and Hindi as medium of examination at degree level.
Law Officer Post for A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) (from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by Govt. Of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.
Analyst-Programmer (LINUX) post for Graduation degree, pure science or commerce will be preferred. Diploma/Certification from recognized professional bodies is desired for computer courses like C# or ASP.NET or Linux programming language.
Experience:
Research Associate post for Preferably One year experience in the academic Research. Competency in operating computer is essential.
Hindi Officer Post for One year experience in Hindi translation of various reports/ Documents/ Letters etc. in a bank/financial institution is essential. Competency in operating computer is essential. Candidate will be required to type/create the translated text documents on his/her own in MS word & Excel in Hindi & English.
Law Officer Post for Enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council with minimum 3 years experience of practice at Bar and/or Judicial service and/or having experience of working with reputed solicitor firm and/or as a Law Officer in the Legal Dept. of a Scheduled Commercial Bank and/or the Central/State Government and/or of a Public Sector Undertaking and/or organization conducting examinations. The candidate should produce a certificate of having the requisite post qualification work experience from the Court/ Bar council/ organization.
Analyst-Programmer (LINUX) post for Minimum 3 years post qualification hands on current experience for development and managing computer applications in Linux for high volume data processing.
COMPENSATION:
The pay scales/band offered by the Institute to the Research Associates and Hindi Officer in Grade E are Rs.9300-34800 (Rs.39045/– total emolument at the minimum of the scale) initially. The Research Associate will have defined career progression in faculty positions of the institute.
The pay scales/band offered by the Institute to the Law Officer in Grade E are Rs.9300-34800 (Rs.39045/- total emolument at the minimum of the scale) initially. In addition, other benefits such as Contributory PF, Gratuity, LTC, domiciliary Medical Reimbursement and Insurance for hospitalization, interest subsidy on housing loan, etc. are admissible as per rules.
The pay scales/band offered by the Institute to the Analyst-Programmer (LINUX) in Grade C are Rs.9300-34800 – Pay Band – 4200 (Rs.38025/- total emolument at the minimum of the scale) initially. They have defined career progression. In addition, other benefits such as Contributory PF, Gratuity, LTC, domiciliary Medical Reimbursement and Insurance for hospitalization, interest subsidy on housing loan, etc. are admissible as per rule.
